About Genki

DeepTek has a Global Health Business unit focusing on early identification of infectious diseases like Tuberculosis along with14 other lung pathologies using Genki- our Chest X-Ray AI product suite. Genki is being used in Tuberculosis screening by government bodies, NGOs and healthcare facilities across India, APAC and Africa. The Chest X-Ray AI solution has regulatory clearances from US FDA, Thai FDA, Indian CDSCO, Malaysia FDA and Kenya Board along with being validated by independent bodies like Friends for International TB, StopTB Partnership and FIND. The solution is in 100+ sites and has screened over 500,000 people, increasing the yield by 25 times.

Your Role

The Sales Manager- Global Health is responsible for driving the sales and business development efforts for the organization’s global health business unit. This role involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global health markets, strong sales acumen, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles in a mission-driven environment.

Experience
  • 0- 3 years' experience in sales or business development. Preferably in Public Health or Healthcare or related field.
  • Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments in the global health sector
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to tailor solutions that meet the needs of clients and partners. Understand client needs and challenges and position the organization’s offerings as effective solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies,
  • NGOs, international organizations, and private sector partners.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favourable terms that align with the organizational goals.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Health, Sales & Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • 0- 3 years’ experience in sales or business development. Preferably in Public Health or Healthcare or related field
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients and partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to navigate multicultural environments and work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Qualifications
