About Genki

DeepTek has a Global Health Business unit focusing on early identification of infectious diseases like Tuberculosis along with14 other lung pathologies using Genki- our Chest X-Ray AI product suite. Genki is being used in Tuberculos screeni by government bodies, NGOs and healthcare facilities across India, APAC and Afri The Chest X-Ray AI solutio has regulatory clearances from US FDA, Thai FDA, Indian CDSCO, Malaysia FDA and Kenya Board along with being validated by independent bodies like Friends for International TB, StopTB Partnership and FIND. The solution is in 100+ sites and has screened over 500,000 people, increasing the yield by 25 times.

Your Role

The Global Health - Head will own the business development and revenue goals, ensuring the financial sustainability and growth of the global health business unit. Additionally, this role involves driving innovation in health interventions, managing cross-functional teams, and working closely with international organizations, governments, and stakeholders to improve health outcomes on a global scale. This position requires a visionary leader with a strong background in global health, policy advocacy, program management, and business development.

Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in global health leadership, with a strong track record in driving business development initiatives across multiple countries
  • Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and ensure the growth of global health business unit.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities leveraging your network, including partnerships, grants, and other funding sources.

  • Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and relationship management with partners
  • Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the healthcare or medical technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a global context.
  • Strong understanding of the global health landscape, including key trends, challenges,and opportunities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
  • Ability to navigate multicultural environments and work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Public Health, Medicine, Global Health, Business Administration,or a related field. A Ph.D. or equivalent is preferred.
