Sales Development Executive

Job Description

  • Experience:

• 0- 2 years' experience in sales, business development, outbound sales or a similar customer support role.

  • Educational Qualification:

A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business management, or in a related field preferred.

  • Skillset required:

  1. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, such as Zoho / Hubspot, etc.

  2. Ability to understand customer needs and meet that needs with a successful product sale

  3. A strong resilient attitude with hunter motivation and mentality, drive, and a self-starting attitude.

  4. Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  5. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.

  6. Great organizational and time management abilities.

  7. Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

  •  Roles & Responsibilities

  1.  Generate new business opportunities to enable growth and reach of the DeepTek offerings.

  2.  Create and prioritise strategic target account lists within and beyond the defined territory.

  3.  Develop an understanding of our offerings and create database of prospects and convert them into qualified leads.

  4. Create a great first impression on our prospects and customers, making it a world-class experience.

  5. Partner with our sales and marketing to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills.

  6. Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in our products

  7. Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling)

  8. Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business

  9. Develop and maintain standardized operational reports to monitor the overall performance of the business unit/product and other key objectives and performance indicators

  10. Assist in developing presentations and reporting for senior executives.

  11. Proactively interact with cross-functional teams to continuously find ways to improve processes that will increase customer satisfaction and maximize potential growth.
