Enterprise Sales Head 

Job Description

  • Experience:

7 years of experience in Technosales

  • Educational Qualification:

Strong educational background is preferred.

  • Skill set required:

  1. Techno Commercial, Key Account Management, Technical Sales, Business Intelligence Development

  2. Proven experience in international clients preferably in the APAC and the USA.

  3. Has managed a high-performing team.

  4. Tech savvy with a flair to grasp the latest technology and is abreast with the market trends.

  5. Able to understand the customer requirement and deliver custom-made solutions.

  6. Identify the opportunities in the business and communicate the same to the relevant teams.

  7. Mentor the team and ensure they scale up.

  8. Creating a lucrative incentive plan for the team along with the leadership.

  9. Strong educational background is preferred.

  • Role and responsibility:

  1. Provide pre-sales technical support

  2. Participating in techno-commercial discussions and commercial negotiations.

  3. Prepare custom client techno-commercial proposals and presentations

  4. Maintain a high level of open communication within the team and support work groups

  5. Maintain excellent client relationships with existing and potential clients

  6. Gather information, internally and externally, to support these discussions and be responsible for getting the orders

  7. Liaising and negotiating with prospective clients to close business opportunities

  8. Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs

  9. Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements

  10. Prepare sales quotations and tender documents.

  11. Executing and planning business development strategies and activities with management

  12. Ensure that commercial submissions to tenders fully comply with all necessary details
